2. Can this program work for me if the amount billed to the customer is different each month?


Our Professional Billing Service system works well in situations in which the amount owed by customers varies from month to month. The only difference in the program is send us an electronic file or spreadsheet of new charges. Our system will automatically load the data, calculate and print the invoices, fold, stamp and mail them. (or email them). We can even offer your customers payment options by bank draft.

3. How do you collect from me?


We use the same Bank Drafting technology to collect from businesses using our service we  use to collect from your customers. Payment Automation Network, Inc. simply creates a bank draft from your business' account for the amount of the combined service fees for a given month.

4. How do I know my data is secure??

Your data is protected every step of the way, we use secure encrypted links to transfer the data into us and once with us we protect the data with external Firewalls. Even internally the data is protected as it goes through each stage of the process and is only accessible to the staff that need to see it. Every member of staff is made fully aware of the need for security and this forms part of their contract of employment.

5. What involvement is required from us?

6. Do you have direct access to my customers or my bank account?

Our system does not have the ability to electronically access any bank account information. It is a proprietary software that was developed to store information and print checks only.

7. How much does your service cost?

Our service will bill you monthly for doing your invoicing based on the number of accounts, the frequency and the complexity of your billing, etc. We will do a free cost analysis based on the needs of your business. We will go over exactly what your business needs, so we can establish a level of service. There is no cost or obligation to you. We will show you how to save money, save time and improve your cash flow.
